This morning when I looked out the window, what a surprise met my eyes, there stood a doe and her two twin fawns, what a great way to wake up, I never get tired of seeing this sight! July is blueberry month and as I ponder that, I remember when I was younger, my mother made a delicious frozen blueberry dessert, we loved this treat in the hot summertime. I have shared the recipe below for you to enjoy!
Blueberry Stuff 1 8-oz container cool whip 1 8-oz block cream cheese 1 cup confectioners sugar Beat the cream cheese and confectioners sugar together until smooth and fold in the cool whip. Put mixture into a graham cracker crust. Put a can of blueberry pie filling on top and freeze. Eat & Enjoy!
