This morning when I looked out the window, what a surprise met my eyes,
there stood a doe and her two twin fawns, what a great way to wake up, I never get tired of seeing this sight! July is blueberry month and as I ponder that, I remember when I was younger, my mother made a delicious frozen blueberry dessert, we loved this treat in the hot summertime. I have shared the recipe below for you to enjoy! Blueberry Stuff 1 8-oz container cool whip 1 8-oz block cream cheese 1 cup confectioners sugar Beat the cream cheese and confectioners sugar together until smooth and fold in the cool whip. Put mixture into a graham cracker crust. Put a can of blueberry pie filling on top and freeze. Eat & Enjoy! Check out our wonderful Blueberry Tin Signs

I believe we are officially in the dog days of summer, this week in our area, it looks
like it is going to be very very hot and humid, I really do not mind the heat, but I know a lot of people do. I was thinking of the dog days of summer and one of our tin signs came to mind, so treat your best friend and loyal pal to a run through the sprinkler, a frozen treat or some relaxing in the cool air conditioning. They will forever love you! I remember when I was young and we used to say Rain, Rain, Go Away, come again
another day. That is how I feel this week, we have had plenty of rain and storms this week and are in need of a break from all the wet weather. I am not sure what your weather is like but this is a great time to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and do some online shopping, check out our great line of tin signs and stay dry if possible. Wow, I can hardly believe we are already at 4th of July week, I love summer and
it is speeding by again this year. A special Thank You to all service men and women who have served our country, we are grateful. THANK YOU! I just love the colors Red, White & Blue, every year when I do my planters for outside I do a special one that is Red, White & Blue, it keeps me remembering what is important, and so pretty, I get many comment on how beautiful it is. Enjoy this week with a parade, fireworks, a picnic with family or something else that is special. Summer is officially here according to the calendar, the past couple of days have been perfect weather, but
according to the forecast that is going to change this week, and it looks like we will be having summertime hot and humid weather, I prefer that to all the rain we have had recently. As I look around outside I enjoy the pretty flowers, trees and hydrangea's that are blooming, check out our burst of color hydrangea wreaths on our website, would make a great colorful addition to your outside porch or patio area! Have a great week and stay cool. What a pretty morning we are having here in Lancaster County! This is a great time to remember how blessed those of us are that grew up with a loving and caring father, take time today to wish your Father a Happy Father's Day, even if you cannot visit in person, take a minute and call your Dad, it will make his day special.
HAPPY FATHER'S DAY! Today was my annual strawberry picking day, every year I enjoy, yes enjoy picking fresh berries, it is like therapy to me. As I emerged from my car I could smell the juicy berries and their flavor, you know there has to be a lot of berries in the fields to be able to smell them! The picking was GREAT! and the shiny red juicy berries are now ready to enjoy with ice cream, shortcake, covered in chocolate, fresh from the field or however you like them. Just look how the berries are waiting to be picked and eaten. Have a great day!
